5 Knees to Elbows (KTE)
10 pushups
20 push-press (20 lb. dumbbells)
40 sit-ups with ab mat

I am waiting to wake up with sore abs in the morning!!
Note to self, push-press following Wall-ball the previous day is not such a good idea!
