Back to the workout

I am finally starting to get into a routine of working out again. I was in Clovis last week and got to go meet some great people at Crossfit FTF. Worked on my snatch (which is my most dreaded movement) and got to do some fun met-cons.

We started the Paleo Challenge at the gym last Monday. I did really well M-T and then because I was out of town things slowly went down hill, but I have only had 1 cheat so far this week because I was starving and I ate what was available (in moderation).

My body is starting to feel much better but I know that I need to get back to a lot of basis and move forward from there.

The workout at the gym yesterday was
200m sandbag run (50lbs)
3rds of
5 front squats & 5 box jumps

5 front squats & 5 box jumps
Time: 15:00

I did 65lb box squats instead of front squats as I am working on trying to activate my gluts more.
