My last time was 10:52 i believe sooo I cut a significant amount of time off! Also we did max double unders in 5 minutes: 195! Ya baby. 
Next thing on the list is that yesterday was the first day of the paleo challenge and I am 2 days in with no cheating. I keep telling myself to think paleo when I am hungry and to crave paleo rather then crap cheat food, but we will see how I do.

Time: 10:20 only cut 4 seconds off of my time and I believe that the problem was that I went with the boys who took off out of the shoot like it was nothing. I had no gas left for the last run but I stayed with at least 6 pull ups at a time.  All in all it was a good day and it was great to have Crossfit Redding joining us.
