SOO Sore!!!!

So after two days of working out I am ridiculously sore!!! However, I think that I have convinced my wonderful husband to join me for a run in the morning at 7 a.m. to work out some of it. This does mean that I am probably going to have to cook breakfast for the two of us at that time but it all works out in the end. I get a running partner and he gets breakfast before he has to train in the morning.

500m row
21 pushups

750m row
15 pushups
15 dumb bell dead lifts
1000m row
9 pushups

I finished in 18:03 which I would like to get lower but for today and not working out for 2 weeks I am not going to complain.

Why the Blog

I have no idea what prompted me to start my own blog but I figure it is a nice way to get my thoughts down, frustrations and successes out into the world and not just in my little home and in my little world.
I figure this can be my new coping mechanism as I deal with what the world throws my way.
My husband is a personal trainer and this will also be a nice place to post my workouts and get feedback from him and others. As well as remember what my previous times have been on workouts and the ability to make them better.
Happy reading.
