SOO Sore!!!!
So after two days of working out I am ridiculously sore!!! However, I think that I have convinced my wonderful husband to join me for a run in the morning at 7 a.m. to work out some of it. This does mean that I am probably going to have to cook breakfast for the two of us at that time but it all works out in the end. I get a running partner and he gets breakfast before he has to train in the morning.

Hi ....I got your question on my blog about eating for long driving trips......I usually pack Zone bars, water, fruit, string cheese, nuts, turkey and avocado wraps, beef or turkey jerkey and that should be small enough to fit in a small cooler to keep cold. I hope that halep. Thanks for stopping by - I haven't updated my blog in forever!!!
