Was really sore after Tuesday's workout (that happens when you don't workout for 2 weeks)
Then Wednesday we did 
15 db pushpress (20lbs)
12 pull ups
9 box jumps
200m sprint
5 rds for time
time: 13:41


Took a little break 

3x5 back squat
99 lbs for me. (I was still way to sore)

Hope today treats me better.
