Nina and Mikko have arrived! Nina is the little brindle girl who is a HANDFUL!!! She is always on the go and very sassy, but when she is pooped she is out! Mikko is our black and white male and he is very easy going and puts up with his little sister. He loves to play and he loves to cuddle! While Bentley can not be replaced in our hears these two help fill the hole! They have done great at the gym and they are loving on everyone! My workouts have been getting better, still no deadlifting or burpees. Attempted burpees last night but the extension was not feeling good. Switched to pull ups but had to use a butterfly kip as a regular kip did not feel good in extension. Tried KTE's today, didn't feel great but the extension helped a lot! Looking forward to seeing Fragoso Monday!!
