Today I got 209!!!! Ya Baby!!

Christmas Day



















So I am totally bummed because I forgot to write down my time on the broomstick mile last time we did it but I am almost sure that I beat it.  We did do it differently today. Last time we ran and then did the squats this time we ran and did all of the pressing first.

12 Hang squat cleans (20 lb dumbbells)

My back is now KILLING me and I am hoping that I will still be able to move. We are hoping to do the broom stick mile tomorrow but if it is raining we are going to have to figure something else out!
