Monday and Tuesday

Monday's workout 
Rounds in 20 minutes
15 pull ups
15 wall ball (12 lbs)
15 box jumps
15 ab wheel

5 rounds plus 3 pull ups


Tuesday
20 weighted lunges (10 each leg 20lb dumbbells)
12 Hang squat cleans (20 lb dumbbells)
250m row
5 rounds
15:34?? I think but that may be wrong

My back is now KILLING me and I am hoping that I will still be able to move. We are hoping to do the broom stick mile tomorrow but if it is raining we are going to have to figure something else out!
