So I had a VERY long day yesterday that started with a nice long drive to Vallejo=8 hours of my day
Add a Carmel Macchiato at 7 am and nothing until 3 pm which was a very bad food choice of chips and chili=me throwing up about half way through this workout in a big big way! No more chili for me!
15 kb swings
15 d-ball slams
15 push-press (65lbs)
15 box jumps
5 rounds for time
My time was very very bad due to my break I don't know what it was exactly but it was somewhere in the 24 minute range. I did go up in my push press (10 lbs) but that it not why I added almost 5 minutes to this workout. So note to self NO MORE BAD FOOD!!!
