So yesterday started out ok and ended badly.
Breakfast
Caramel macchiato 1/2 caf 1/2 the syrup with almond milk
Lunch
Meat with mango salsa
Bacon wrapped asparagus
2 almond stuffed dates wrapped in jalapeƱo and bacon
Dinner
4 pieces of pizza
Tri tip
1 beer and 1 wine cooler
Thank you strength challenge after party for really screwing with my diet!
