TOO many doubleunders!

Today's workout was horrible, however, I think that it is because I have not worked out since Friday. 
SOOO all that to say I felt like crap during this workout!


5 min doublunders
5 min kb snatches (26 lbs)
3 min doubleunders
3 min ast. ring dips
1 min doubleunders
1 min medicine ball cleans (12 lbs)
total reps: 322

I haven't worked out since Labor Day weekend so you're doing better than me. I had stopped watching the show half way through the season due to a couple story lines. But, I guess I will watch the premiere tomorrow because I did REALLY like the show. It won't be the same watching it with Rob, though...ha!
