200+9 Team workout

Hung out at Nor-Cal New Year's Day and got this fun team work out from them.
200+9 
double unders
sit ups
squats
pull ups
4 people per team
I don't remember my time but it was a lot of fun to work with a couple of different people. My only problem with the workout was that I didn't feel like I got that much accomplished. Sooo ya other then that it was a great time and I am looking forward to working out with my hubby tomorrow!!
