Las Vegas






Left Friday afternoon for a weekend in Las Vegas with some great friends.
Friday Brenda and I worked out at Crossfit Las Vegas the workout was the following...
250m row
30 body weight squats
15 burpees
200m run
Rest 4 rounds total
Each round between 3:14-3:17


It was a great weekend with some great friends, good food and fun times!
