Rounds in 15 min

Todays workout included a lot of stretching for me and practicing ring push ups. Push ups in general suck for me so this was not my favorite thing to do. I skipped the squats because I did them on Monday with Santos.

Workout
10 wall ball (12 lb)
5 burpees
200m run
7 rounds plus wallball and burpees
