run-wall ball-swing

regular warm up - got 2 dips unassisted today in my warm up. I will put up a picture later!

20 wall ball (12lbs)
12 kb swings (35lbs)

My friend Jill came and tried it out this evening and did a great job. Hopefully she will be able to find a crossfit in the area where she lives and get involved. It is such a great time.
