4 Rounds in the new place





Tonight was the first workout we did in the new facility. We are still waiting for the mats to set everything up but it was nice to have a workout that did not take place in my front room.

4 rounds 
15 swings 35 lbs
15 d-ball slams 12 lbs
15 push press 20 lb dumbbells
