100 abmat sit ups

This workout pretty much SUCKED! Lots of leg work and lots of stretching following the workout. Ate pretty good today: protein shake for breakfast, ham sandwich on Rye for lunch, might have had some gelato, chicken with sundried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms and onion for dinner with strawberries for dessert.
