Regular warm up without pushups

10 Hang squat clean (20lb dumbbells)
10 pushups

one legged squat practice, I have never done a one legged squat before today so remember that the posted picture is my first time. I want to start practicing them on a more regular basis so that hopefully by the end of the summer I can do a good number of them without any assistance.
