Saturday's workout

Well needless to say after the lung press workout my butt was way to sore to do much of anything yesterday soooo below is the workout

2 rds of warm up

3 rds 10 db curls each arm 20lbs
3 rds 10 db rows each arm 25lbs

Followed by practice on the clean and jerk
