This was the first time I have gone over 100 lbs in an Over-Head Squat and the first time in a while that I have push-pressed over 100 lbs (it is much easier off of the back that in the front!)


Also I had a GREAT workout today!
I was freaking out a little bit when Santos made the cap 17 minutes for the 6 pm class because other classes had a 20 minute cap

10 sand bag shoulders from ground to shoulder (5 each side, 50 lb sandbag)

I was most proud of the fact that I got to put RX after my name on the board. It has been a while since I have been able to do that on a random gym workout.

Saturday

Had a great day Saturday.
Started with Training Lowel, who I have had the pleasure of working with for over a year now, followed by doing my own workout of

I don't know what my time was but it was a nice workout for the day.

At 9 I got to coach the 9 am class doing the above workout except that they ran instead because the weather was so nice.
Then I got to go to Chico with the girls to try on a bridesmaid dress for Em's wedding (super excited!) Followed by lunch at Logan's and wedding event planning.
All in all it was a great day.
Really looking forward to next weekend and Santos' surprise Valentine's Day weekend.

Today's strength was Over Head Squats and I am VERY excited to announce that I set a PR today!!! YES!!
