This was the first time I have gone over 100 lbs in an Over-Head Squat and the first time in a while that I have push-pressed over 100 lbs (it is much easier off of the back that in the front!)


Also I had a GREAT workout today!
I was freaking out a little bit when Santos made the cap 17 minutes for the 6 pm class because other classes had a 20 minute cap

25 sit ups
15 kb swings (35 lbs/16 kg)
10 sand bag shoulders from ground to shoulder (5 each side, 50 lb sandbag)
4 bear crawls (40 ft each)
5 rounds
Time: 14:43
I was most proud of the fact that I got to put RX after my name on the board. It has been a while since I have been able to do that on a random gym workout.
