Re-Do Maxine

Regular Warm-up

Maxine is a workout my husband made up that consists of rounds in 20 minutes of 400m row and max pushups. The goal (or competition as our friend Shawn likes to call it) is to have the max number of pushups. 

Last time I did 68 pushups in 5 rounds
Today I did 72 pushups in 5 rounds

What is really funny about it is that my husband was counting up my numbers wrong and kept saying that I only did 62. So that of course was a fun conversation:)
