Regular warm up without pushups
Rounds in 20 minutes
12 overhead lunges - 6 each leg
6 dumbbell snatches - 3 each arm
22 rounds plus 4 lunges
Santos and I decided that we need to increase the time it takes to do a round. We are thinking about adding more snatches and less lunges.

Here's an idea to slow down the pace for this: use heavier DB's for the snatches or do more reps, but don't take any lunges out, there really aren't that many, I don't think we even went 50feet.
