regular warm up

3 rounds for time of: (whole workout done with 12 lbs med-ball)
21 wallball
15 cleans
9 getups (each side)
400m run 
time: 19:33? (I need to check the seconds)

This workout was a beast I totally looked like the Crossfit mascot post workout, but it was totally worth it. I loved this workout, puke and all
