Saturday

Filthy 50

Did the workout in a little different order due to the number of people we had working out. 
Santos decided to start with Knees to Elbows because it is a good pack breaker. So the workout looked like this:

50 KTS
50 walking lunges
50 kb swings (26 lbs)
50 jumping pull ups
50 box jumps
50 push press (25 lbs)
50 back extensions
50 wall ball (12 lbs)
50 burpees
50 doubleunders

Time: 29:42
Took a ton of time off of my last one but I think that was due to the reordering of the workout. 
Will post today's workout tomorrow when I have my times.
