So today's workout literally had me on the ground after I was done as you can see to the left.
However, it was a good time and I am really proud of myself for getting through it. I think that I could have gotten in one more full round so that will be my goal for the next time.
Warm up: 2 rounds 15 situps, 15 dislocates, 15 overhead squats, 15 pushups, samson stretch
Rounds in 20 minutes
250 Meter row
10 side chops each arm, 20lb dumbbell
10 single arm push press each arm, 20lb dumbbell
5 rounds+250 meter row + 8 side chops
At a much slower pace...
3 rounds
glut bridges each leg
20 glut-ham situps
