Dinner tonight was mashed Cauliflower with cheese and porkchops with onion, spinach, mushrooms, garlic and salsa. mmmmm good.
Today's workout consisted of
Bench press
45 lbs x 15, 15
65 lbs x 8,8,8,8,8 (going up next time) This is much better then the last time I did this last week.
The next picture is single arm dumbbell rows
25 lbs x 8, 8, 8 each arm.
Looking forward to how I will be feeling tomorrow. My workout partner was my hubbie today as my friend Rhonda might be getting sick!! I would rather do a crossfit workout then the strength stuff but that is ok. peace!
