Lunges and Presses

Warm up - 15 dislocates, 15 overhead squats, 15 situps, 15 pushups, samson stretch 2x's

Workout was:
Rounds in 15 minutes
12 lunges (6 each leg)
7 push-press 
Holding 35lb bar the whole time.

Feet elevated Body Row
2 sets of 12
2 sets of 8
