Re-work

Warm up: 2 rds  15 pushups, 15 dislocates, 15 squats, 15 situps, samson stretch

50 Dumbbell thrusters   15 lb dumbbells
35 dumbbell deadlifts     20 lb dumbbells

time: 10:15  
Pretty stoked I cut a little over 2 minutes off of this work out 12:26 the last time I did it!!
It was a struggle for me on the thrusters this time, I think that I did something to my wrist on accident. So I am thinking that I will take a break from a regular workout tomorrow and go on a bike ride or something fun like that.
