Dips

Totally worked out yesterday morning but I forgot what the workout was. 

So this morning's workout consisted of
 5 rds 
20 asst. dips
12 kb 26 lbs snatches (6 each arm)
My time is written down in the other room but I am to lazy at this point in the evening to care about getting it written down in here. 

Then there was lots of ab work, turkish sit ups and med ball tosses and all that fun stuff.
