Haven't done Helen in a while RX so it felt really good to complete it today. I need to work on my pull ups as Santos labeled that I was not getting over the bar with my butterfly. More work on that tomorrow.

Food:
6:00-Protein Shake
9:00- 2 eggs, tri-tip and pico
12:00-tri-tip
1:00-3 cookies
7:30-lettuce wrap burger with cheese and jalapenos, sweet potato fries, honey mustard
