Thursday

Food
8:00- 1 egg, 2 bacon
11:00- Chicken, spinach, onion, garlic in olive oil
1:00- 2 mandarin oranges
3:00-peanuts
7:15 - ground turkey, avocado, garlic

Workout
Today I olympic lifted, worked on drop snatches and clean pulls, my shoulders were super tired from yesterdays workout. I am thinking that I am going to go to bed early and hope for my muscles to feel refreshed in the morning.
